I am having difficulty in uploading data to the FTP server of http://phln.genome.edu.au/galaxy/. The response i am getting is :

Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
I was able to transfer to FTP server of other galaxies but i can’t for this one.
Under encryption, I am selecting ‘Require explicit FTP over TLS’. Although, its seem to be connecting if i use normal quick connect without this encryption but it’s extremely slow, which is impossible to use.
