we are aware of this issue, have identified the cause and fixed it upstream in the Galaxy code base. However, you will have to wait for the next update of usegalaxy.eu before things will again work on the server as advertised.
In the meantime, you can try to switch the version of the tool to its previous one (0.0.1 instead of 1.0.0; click on the Versions button at the top of the tool interface to select it), which should be unaffected.
