qiime2 feature-table summarize

I am trying to use the qiime2 feature-table summarize table and I haven’t been able to get the analysis working. I am using my combined_asv_tax.qza and its in a QIIME2 artifact format qza. I see the ‘Type’ and UUID, in addition I uploaded my sample-meta.tsv file. After uploading the files for the analysis I let the job run for over two hours but no results. Is there other parameters that need to be adjusted in order to run the analysis? Are my file formats correct for this analysis? Do I need additonal plugins to run the tools?

If your job is either queued or still executing, that is normal. Allow it to complete without interruptions.

When working at UseGalaxy.org , UseGalaxy.eu, or UseGalaxy.org.au , your analysis jobs execute at large scale academic clusters. Hundreds of thousands of jobs process each month!

• Use a Workflow for batch work.
• Allow queued (grey color) and executing (yellow) datasets to finish processing.
• Deleting and rerunning puts your job back at the end of the queue again!
• Job priority is the exactly the same for everyone.
• Be patient. Galaxy is a free service, when a lot of people are using it, you may have to wait longer than usual (especially for ‘big’ jobs, e.g. alignments).

But if the job failed instead, first check the job logs since they are usually informative about what is going wrong. If you need help with that, we might be able to offer feedback here.
