Rat genome for goseq?

Hello,

I am trying to run goseq on rat RNA-seq data to analyze differentially expressed genes. I noticed that goseq on galaxy doesn’t have the rat genome on it. Is it possible to get the rat genome on goseq on galaxy or be able to upload the information myself? I’m using the Rnor 6.0 build of the rat genome.

Hi, unfortunately I cannot help you but I have the same problem with the cow genome (bostatu9). Did you manage to solve it somehow?
