I was using rna star to deal with my fastq files,and yesturday i had succeed for several times and use the output-bam files for other analysis. but today the same error just keep occuring:Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job.I had tired thirty times for different fastq files but the problem stay unsolved.even the files I had successfully analysed yesturday also reported this problem.
