Hello!
I am new user of GALAXY and I am having some struggling. I am running a RNA seq data. I need to obtain from RNA STAR, the reads per gene. It has been almost 14 hours and still is waiting to run. What can I do?
What happens if I cancel the mapped.ban, splice.junctions since I only need the tabular format? Can improve the speed for running? Or will it alter or affect the entire data?
I am very worried since I have to analyze this data for this week!!
