Hi, I’m using RNA STAR via galaxy with 3 RNA-seq data sets. However, when it comes to RNA STAR, none of new files were generated. I tried to re-run but it didn’t work. It says either wait to run or “this is a new dataset and not all of its data are available yet”. I wait for several days with no progress. Would you let me know if there are any solutions for this issue? Thanks
Can you please share your history? If Galaxy claims that a few inputs are not ready this is usually true. I wonder if the uploaded files are of the correct type.
