Salmon 0.14.0 update on usegalaxy.eu?

Hi,

first of all, I would like to thank the people involved in running and supporting UseGalaxy.eu, the range and choices of tools available are really great and the platform usually runs very smoothly.

I don’t know how much work it represents, but I was wondering whether it would be possible to update the transcript quantifier “Salmon” to a more recent version (currently 0.14.0 versus 0.11.2 on usegalaxy.eu).

@bjoern.gruening maintains the Galaxy wrapper for salmon, but I’m not sure if we have anyone who can work on this currently.
