Hello,

I am attempting to complete the trimmomatic step, I keep receiving the error below:
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -XX:MaxPermSize=2G -Xmx6G -Xms1G -Djava.io.tmpdir=/data/2/galaxy_db/tmp -Duser.home=/data/2/galaxy_db/tmp

Hi @ahard
I checked Trimmomatic in Europe with SE and PE data: no issues detected.
Maybe consider doing a relevant tutorial, eg Quality Control
