Hi, I know this is a frequent question but I’ve tried to run Trinity for a de novo assembly with RNA-Seq data retrieved from NCBI. The problem is that I’ve waited several days but the job didn’t start (it remained grey with the icon of the clock) and then it gave me the following error:
slurmstepd: error: *** JOB 4266067 ON c208-002 CANCELLED AT 2022-04-25T03:31:35 DUE TO TIME LIMIT ***
Could it be server problems? Or am I doing something wrong?

can you please tell what Galaxy server do you use? You may also tag the ticket by ‘server’ tag, so admins can have a look.
