Hello. I am trying to perform a Statistics analysis. I reviewed the pipeline (Diversity methods) and I am trying to get the α-diversity.
when I run the alpha diversity report function, it works without any problems.
But when I want to get the plots (option: Plot figure using ggplot2: Yes), the server gives me an error message:
