I try to analyse a count table but I have the message : Error: Sample IDs in factors file and count matrix don’t match. I would like realise a differential expression with EdgeR with “table count matrix”
It’s seems obvious so I verify name and I don’t found any difference between my count table and my Sample ID
: sample ID & contrast
: count table
More generally, I want to use a count table STAR augmented file from TCGA for differential expression, do you have a training or tutorial for that ? I always had different error message.
