Hello,
I’m running Bowtie2 on my chip-seq controls I was able to align the experimental runs with Bowtie2 to Hg19, but Bowtie2 on my 2 controls have been running for almost 24 hours. The alignment stats files for both runs say that they have been aligned, but one of the alignment files shows this (see attached image). I thought this was an error so I tried to cancel the job by deleting it, but I think it is still trying to run through the job. I tried redeploying the job with another entry but I think it’s waiting for my first Bowtie2 job to finish. How can I cancel the job?
