Chloroplast genome assembly using PacBio data

I’m interested to use Galaxy Australia for plastome assembly using PacBio data. However, I cnt upload the subreads.fasta from PacBio (eg. m140415_143853_42175_c100635972550000001823121909121417_s1_p0.1.subreads.fasta) to Galaxy Australia. May I know if subreads.fasta is acceptable ?

If it is file in fasta format it should be ok - is the file very large?
