I WANT TO USE LIFT OVER ANNOTATION FOR Pv Sal 1 version 63 TO PvP01 version 63. I am unable to do so,as the options are not available. Please help me with the same.

Use a CrossMap tool instead. Same function, better suite of tools.
You will need to provide both the query and the genome-to-genome liftover mapping “chain” index file.
For where exactly to source that, I’m not sure, but I would start by checking the websites where you source the reference genome. Maybe check with those people if you are not sure which file to get?
