I have sequenced cowpea mutant lines (in FASTQ) using Minion Oxford Nanopore and want to perform genome annotation. I have the reference genome in FASTA format (as I could not find plant genome databases in Galaxy). I have no idea how to go about the annotation. Could anyone provide information on the step-by-step procedures? Thank you.
