CVMFS Error on DESeq2

Although I’ve run this job several times and gotten a green result, the final dataset reads as 0 bytes and even downloading the pdf does not display any data. I believe this is a server error as I’ve looked up the error message (below) and it seems to be on the server end, but I was wondering if anyone knows a way to get around this until it is fixed?

Hi @RonjaFrigard

A small fractions of job did error due to the issue earlier this week. A rerun should fix any problems with inputs or outputs for actual server-side tool failures like yours.
