Hi everyone.
I’m new to using DEXSeq on Galaxy and had question regarding format of the results file which has 14 labelled columns plus columns for each sample. As I understand it, when initiating an analysis, the primary factor 1 should be the experimental intervention (e.g. treatment) and the second factor 2 should be the reference (e.g. control). In the results table, I am assuming the exon usage coefficients 1 and 2 correspond accordingly to these two variables. But with the untitled columns for the samples, what is the order in which they are arranged? Do the factor 1 sample columns come first before the factor 2 sample columns? I have uploaded a screenshot. Any advice/help would be most appreciated.
