Hello, I have tried to run ExomeDepth from galaxy but the generated output does not indicate column 2 of the gene and I am unable to graph the results, thanks for your help
Welcome, @egarzon
Scroll down into the help section on the tool form to review what this specific tool outputs.
- Column 2 of the output from this tool is the chromosome identifier as represented in the BED input data.
- Column 6 contains a sample name. Technically, this is whatever was in the 4th column of the BED input. That could be gene identifier.
- BED format specification

Hello,
Is there any idea how we could put the gene name column in the output?
Thanks,
