How do I analyze differential expression in more than two groups using the Galaxy platform? For example 3 or 4 groups.
Hi @Nidheesh_Thadathil,
during job setup:
in limma insert additional Group(s);
in DESeq2 insert additional Factor level(s);
in edgeR insert Group(s).
For limma and edgeR add and specify contrasts. You also can specify contrasts in a file.
