DRAM creating no output

Hello everyone,

I am trying to use DRAM on galaxy.eu to annotate my genomes of Ammonia Oxidizing Archaea and while the program successfully runs and goes green, when I check the output files they all say “no output produced.”

I obtained these genomes from the NCBI and have not modified them in any way.

Therefore if I could please have some help in figuring out the problem it would be much appreciated.

It sounds like the DRAM annotate tool was not able to assign annotations with the current parameters and inputs. The tool form has many options: maybe try adjusting parameters to better fit the data and see what results? One alternative tool is Prokka and a comparison might be informative.
