i put the fastQ data, at the end pops up this message in all files:
This is a new dataset and not all of its data are available yet.

What now? how to proceed?

Those jobs are still queued.

An HTML report is one of the outputs of this tool.

What now? how to proceed?

Leave the jobs queued until completed. If you delete and rerun, any new jobs are placed back at the end of the queue, further extending wait time.
