Hi. I’m trying to RNA-Seq de novo assembly with using Trinity. Australia server supports this tool. But in EU server, it is not working. It’s been waiting like this since last night.

thank you so much for the report. The problem is that currently, Trinity requires to allocate 512Gb of RAM in order to work, but there are not always computer nodes that can provide those resources. We are working in order to optimize memory usage. Sorry for the inconvenience.
