We can help with questions about using Galaxy at this forum.
For help running a tool hosted from a Github repository, you would normally contact the owner. You can do that by opening an Issue ticket, or the host may have a README with other instructions.
But since this appears to be your own, instead try at a forum that offers general computational support.
I’m going to close this out since the question is out of scope for this forum, but hope you are able to find a solution!
