Hi everyone , I am trying to use Plotfingerprint function in galaxy for my Chip data for the mark H3K27ac between by Ip and input sample . After running the command with the following parameters 100bp bin size , ignore duplicates(yes) , skip zeros(Yes) . I get a wierd plot where the IP sample looks like input and input sample looks like enriched. Its a reverse plot. Kindly help
