hi the r file generated as a result of peak calling using the macs2 file is having errors ? while reading the list its saying the next list name and throwing error

It looks like there is an extra column on that line, containing an m value.
You could remove it. Data Manipulation Olympics
Or, back up and find out how it was introduced, and redo that step so it isn’t created to begin with.
