I want to know if there is someone encounter the same problem as mine and has solved it. I wanna to 16s metagenomic, then after doing make.contigs analysis, the data keep on “Running”. usually I get the data around 10 minutes.

Do you mean make.contgs is running for long time, or other tool? If it is make.contigs, click at Galaxy icon at the top left corner or Home icon in the top Galaxy menu. Occasionally, Galaxy does not update the job status in the history panel. Clicking at Galaxy icon addresses this issue. If it does not help, check the input files. Make sure the files are from the same sample. Check FastQC results. The files must have identical number of reads.
