Test tool shed down? -- Status: the service is back up, as is Usegalaxy.org

Hi,

I’ve been trying to create a galaxy docker image with tools from the test tools shed repository (https://testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/), which I am unable to connect to. Is there an issue with the test tool shed?

The Test ToolShed is back up again now.

The Galaxy Main usegalaxy.org server is also up again now.

We have had a few server-side issues recently, and will likely post a notice about it here: https://galaxyproject.statuspage.io/
