Hello!
I am trying to view my bam from galaxy history.
When i hit “display with IGV”, igv gives me the following error:
Error loading http://172.16.2.200:8080/display_application/66ea444137ed33c5/igv_bam/local_default/cb93b73357bddfaf/data/galaxy_66ea444137ed33c5.bam: An error occurred while accessing: http://172.16.2.200:8080/display_application/66ea444137ed33c5/igv_bam/local_default/cb93b73357bddfaf/data/galaxy_66ea444137ed33c5.bam Error loading BAM file: htsjdk.samtools.util.RuntimeEOFException: Premature EOF. Expected 4 but only received 0; BinaryCodec in readmode; streamed file (filename not available)
When i hit “display with IGB”, igb says nothing and shows my bam in the “data management list” but shows no reads.
However this “http://172.16.2.200:8080/display_application/66ea444137ed33c5/igv_bam/local_default/cb93b73357bddfaf/data/galaxy_66ea444137ed33c5.bam” is downloaded and shown perfectly in both browsers when i download it manually. This file is about 12 gb long.
What i am doing wrong?
