unspecified build error during genome sequence extraction from bed file

Hi,

I am trying to extract loci sequence from the genome using bed file. I have uploaded the bed file and the fasta file of ref genome. But I am getting the error of unspecified build. Kindly help me sort this out

Hi @bhavani,
you need to specify the reference genome database also in the BED file; it can be done by clicking in the Edit attributes menu (pencil icon), and then select the reference genome in the Database/build field.
