Hi, I am a new member of Galaxy. A few days ago, I used Trinity to run my files, which have been paired and trimmed by trimmomatic. However, the job is still grayed out and waiting to run. Because these data are a bit urgent, I would like to ask if this is a normal process? Or can I improve it through other methods?
