I tried using CheckV, but it seems to have a GUI error related to the CheckV Reference Data. I was unable to upload any files, or no files were provided for this parameter.
On which Galaxy is this? What is the GUI error? Maybe a screenshot would help.
Ok. The admins need to install reference data for checkv. Can you write an email to the usegalaxy.eu team (a contact mail is on the bottom of the start page).
We installed the latest version of the DB. Please check and try again
