DESeq2 error using data from tcga downloaded using r

We can’t see your input data formats, or the error message in your screenshot, but that is the right place to troubleshoot what happened.

Start by checking these parts:

  1. Scroll up on that view and click on the input datasets. That will reveal the metadata and the first few lines of each file.

    • All files will all need to be in tabular format

  2. Then click into the Standard Error (stderr) in the logs.

    • That is the last block with white text box in the middle section of your screenshot. The logs are directly from R, and can provide insight about what to adjust in the inputs.
