Error in Join two datasets since update

In the last two weeks the tool join two datasets has been upgraded from version 2.1.2. to 2.1.3 and now I can’t get the tool to run.it keeps failing with the error Traceback (most recent call last):
File “/cvmfs/main.galaxyproject.org/galaxy/tools/filters/join.py”, line 19, in
from galaxy.util import stringify_dictionary_keys
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘galaxy’

It also now says that This tool requires galaxy-util (Version 19.9.0). Click here for more information.

Can any one please advise as to what I need to do please to get this tool to work. Many thanks

Hey Keeley,

i have the same problem. The python script join.py is on the Galaxy server ?? so they should fix the bug. I would be happy if the import: from galaxy.util import stringify_dictionary_keys works soon.

Thank you for reporting the problem!

This tool is undergoing a correction as are a few other text manipulation tools. Please see this prior post linked below for details. I am going to close this topic out to keep ongoing Q&A all on the same topic.

Thanks!
