Getting Data from EBI SRA issues

I have been trying to retrieve a data set from EBI SRA for a couple of days now and keep having issues. I go to the “Get Data” tab in galaxy and select EBI SRA. I’m then taken to the site and can search for the data set. But when I click on the file I want under the FASTQ Galaxy column I get a black screen and the following error:

This page isn’t working
usegalaxy.org is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I’ve tried refreshing the page but then I get a different error that looks more like an error from galaxy itself (see screenshot). Is the website currently experience maintenance? I am the only with this problem and maybe it’s an issue with my internet? Any insight on how to fix this problem would be much appreciated!
