Gubbins is not work

I have tried the gubbins analysis for 314 genomes but after >5 days, no results are available.
The initial fastq files are from ion torrent, and then I ran the Snippy, the Snippy-core, and the Snippy-clean_full_aln, all of them gave green results. But with Gubbins, error.

I tried with a subset and the error persists.

Does anyone know how to proceed?

Hi @Monique_Tiba and @carlos.pqc,

we have increased the number of cores up to 6 and the tool has been updated to version 3.2.1. I hope it will solve the problems. Please, try to run Gubbins again from Monday.
