At a minimum for an Upload problem, we’ll need to know

  1. Which Galaxy server you are working at (URL at the top of your browser window)
  2. How you are using the Upload tool (which method). Not sure? See here → Getting Data into Galaxy
  3. What kind of file this is
  4. Size of the file
  5. Are you able to load other files of this type? Or all of this type have a problem?
  6. Are you able to load any other data at all, even if a different type?
  7. Can you move data around to other external places (other cloud accounts) or is the problem just with this Galaxy server?
