hi! I want to use iqtree for analyzing an alignment (fasta) through galaxy web site (on-line, windows PC). How should I specify the genetic code in the webform? Note, that my test analysis (sequence type = nucleotides) was ok, but two other analyses (seq type = AA or = codons) went wrong, possibly because there was no way for indicating the genetic code.
