When attempting to use the “Funannotate predict annotation” tool in the tool parameters it requires you to provide a funannotate database. However, when attempting to do this it shows there are “no options avaliable” and does not show any options when clicking the drop down menu. It will not let me run this tool since there is nothing selected, but the funannotate database does not allow me to choose an option
The “Funannotate database” input for this tool has some data restrictions, and is hosted at the UseGalaxy.eu server for now. Please try running the tool there instead.
