I am trying to use the ITSx tool on a moderate size data set (60000 reads). The process has been running for 3 days with no result or error or anything.
Is the tool working? Why is the processing time SO slow?
Do you use the default settings or a specific lineage?
Sometimes Galaxy does not refresh the content, and complete jobs appear as active to a user. Clicking at Galaxy icon at the top left corner refreshed the screen content.
Some jobs run for long time. If you used optimal setup (an individual lineage), maybe just wait for completion.
