Hello, I am using STAR to do alignment on a collection of 24 RNA-seq samples. The jobs ran smoothly for 18 of them and are finished (it was quick). However the last 6 have been running for more than 12 hours now. I have run this alignment before and have never had this happen. Is there something up on the server side or is there a limit on number of concurrent jobs that one can submit? I have tried to do the alignment 2 time and once it was stuck after 10 and now after 18. Thanks!

I see your jobs seemingly running smoothly.
We have no problems on our side and since they are running you have not reached any limit.
I can suggest you delete them and launch them again if you think they have been running for too long.
