What you have is a result, not necessary an “error”. The tool didn’t find any data that passed the algorithm for this tool so it didn’t have anything to write out. (And I agree, that could arguably be done better but it isn’t always possible for some tools).
It looks like you are working at the Biobakery server at Galaxy.bioBakery.org, and following their unique tools/protocol. The last time we had a question about it, the webserver was undergoing an update, and many people had problems. We won’t know the exact status here (sorry!). Please instead try contacting them directly since they host a dedicated forum.
