Please install BLAST v2.12.0 for MOB-Suite v3.1.9

Please manually install BLAST version 2.12.0 for environment __mob_suite@3.1.9 as it MOB-Suite v3.1.9 gives an error from ete3 library

  File "/usr/local/tools/_conda/envs/__mob_suite@3.1.9/lib/python3.11/site-packages/ete3/ncbi_taxonomy/ncbiquery.py", line 201, in get_rank
    result = self.db.execute(cmd)
             ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
sqlite3.OperationalError: no such column: "211968" - should this be a string literal in single-quotes?

PS: I am now working on new Conda build for MOB-Suite v3.1.9 fixing this issue of ete3 and blast incompatibility for version 2.16

I’ve created an issue ticket for the change. Please feel free to add more details or corrections to the ticket or here at this topic if I misunderstood anything.

This has been fixed and @kbessonov1984 also fixed the conda package :slight_smile:
