In my history I can see the collection of fastq PE datasets I have uploaded. The are “active” and in “green”. However, when I try to dislpay the content of the files I have this “The dataset you are attempting to view has been purged”. But I have never deleted them. when i try to download the files i have error: “Internal Server Error”
What happens?

Would you please generate a share link to the history and post that back? Leave everything just as it is, and please do not delete/purge anything. Troubleshooting errors
While someone here reviews that history and the dataset states, you could start over in a brand new history with a distinct name. If the data is actually purged, it is not recoverable, but we can check.
