For three days I have a problem to run “barcode splitter” tool on usegalaxy.eu
All my requests were queued but not running. Though Ive successfully used other tools.
I also quite convinced in my request as a already successfully used the same barcode file earlier.

I’m the EU Galaxy administrator. It looks like those jobs have not run yet because one of their inputs is still in the ‘queued’ state. Once that job finishes, it will run. In your specific case it is because the upstream job is a bz2 decompression step which is in the queue but has not been processed. It is not clear why this job remains queued as it does not request significant resources. We will look into this in more detail.
