Hello Galaxy EU Admin team,

I have a paired-end RNA-seq pipeline that uses the rsem-generate-data-matrix tool (IUC ToolShed ID: toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/rsem/rsem_generate_data_matrix, version 1.3.1+galaxy0) to produce gene and isoform count matrices. Currently that tool isn’t available on usegalaxy.eu.

Could you please install RSEM generate data matrix from the IUC ToolShed? This will allow my workflow (and others) to run end-to-end without workarounds.
