The Shovill tool does not work: Loading tool toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/shovill/shovill/1.1.0+galaxy1 failed: Error: Internal Server Error (500).

This error is unexpected.
- First, try at least one rerun to eliminate some temporary server issue.
- Next, have you reviewed the input dataset? Confirm it is not empty (it happens!)
Other than that, maybe run some QA on those input reads if you have not already? The GTN training site has tutorials that can help.
