Is it possible to delete a sample in a dataset List?

Hi @Blanche, dataset collections cannot be changed once built. You can however build a new collection from this collection and filter out samples you don’t need. You can do this either with https://usegalaxy.org/root?tool_id=FILTER_FROM_FILE, where you list the sample to filter out in a text file, or https://usegalaxy.org/root?tool_id=APPLY_RULES where you can filter out rows in various ways.
