built-in genome hg19

Hi everyone,

I used a built in Genome for bcftools norm on Galaxy EU server. Can I find more information about the built in genome (Human (Homo sapiens): hg19)? Which hg19 release is used for this built-in genome? Or does this currently change (I used it on 23.06.2020 and 17.04.2020)?

Hi Rose,

maybe I’m wrong here, but I don’t think hg19 changes. We are using the USCS version of the reference genome in version hg19. I don’t have much more details and we have not updated this version in years.
