Hi, I am using HISAT2. I cannot find Gorilla genome in built-in genome list while it is found in Bowtie2. Can anyone help with this?

If a genome is not available in the dropdown on the given Galaxy server, you can always add a custom genome to your history and use it like that. Documentation on how to do this is available on this page: https://galaxyproject.org/learn/custom-genomes/
